I have studied two cources in BIoinformatics at mater's level, the details contents as follows:

M-Stat 506: Genomics and Bioinformatics
Basic Genomics, DNA Sequence Analysis, QTL Analysis, Gene Expression Data Analysis, Genome-wide Association Studies (GWAS).

M-Stat 507: Proteomics and Biomedical Informatics
Introduction, Protein Sequencing and Amino Acids, Protein Databases, Phylogenetic Analysis of Protein Sequence, Protein Classification, Structure and Prediction, Medical Informatics, Drug Discovery Informatics, Network Analysis and Diseases Prediction.

BIOINFORMATICS STUDY IN B.Sc.

I have studied one course in Bioinformatics at honours level, the details contents as follows:

B-Stat 404: Biometrics and Bioinformatics
Biometrics: Basic concepts, Incomplete data analysis and Medical Statistics.

Bioinformatics: Introduction to Molecular Biology of the cell, Linkage Aanlysis and Map Construction, General Model for Linkage Analysis in Controlled Crosses, Genomic Data and Data Organization and Microbial Strain Data Network.
